- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company does not even deserve one star! My claim representative Don S. would not call me back after calling repeatedly and leaving messages and after 5 months my truck is still not fixed. Any company that would tell a mother of 4 (two with disabilities) to stop on a very dangerous road with no cell phone reception is ridiculous. After speaking with Don's supervisor he did call but only to be a worthless jerk.June 19, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They get one star based on poor follow up and questionable ethics. No one contacted me for a week after my car was wrecked at a repair shop, of all places, where it was in for a detail. When I questioned the use of remanufactured parts and why they were unwilling to follow the repair shop's recommendation to replace the door, I was told that's the way all insurance companies do business.
