- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Carter was awesome and he is caring and friendly. He was knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a friend and a patient. I was referred to him after a breast biopsy that developed a abscess and I had to have another surgery because of the prior biopsy causing the abscess that had been done in another town that did not take care of the problem and Dr. Carter did another surgery to correct it all.
