- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did the monthly payment option last summer for my dog. I finished paying off the remaining amount this year in April and express that I no longer want the service. After four months my card was charged for a renewal. When I called the office they could not find any of my information, yet my card was still charged.
