- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kroger Pharmacy repeatedly ran my husbands prescription wrong. First they told him he had to pay $244.00. Of course we said no, and then they re-ran the prescription and told him he had to pay $50. When my husband argued with the tech they went to the pharmacist and came back saying he only had to pay $15.00. The fact that we now have a $0.00 copay on this RX tells me they don't know what they are doing. I had the doctor rewrite the prescription for over the counter and called the pharmacist and explained how it needed to be ran and they still did it wrong. When I called back to speak with the Pharmacy manager or Store manager of course I got the run-a-round. Needless to say Kroger has lost our pharmacy business.
