  Within the last 30 days, both my husband and myself have visited this clinic. While the staff and doctors have been professional and courteous, the diagnosis for both of us have been incorrect. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given a steroid shot and an antibiotic prescription. After a week, I was worse than when I initially went. I then made an appointment with a ENT who diagnosed me with an acute sinus and ear infection. Treated me with a more powerful antibiotic and a steroid dose pack. I recovered within the week. My husband went and was tested for the flu and strep. He had a fever of 102 when he went. He tested negative for both; however, the doctor on staff said she was going to treat him for 'pre strep' and prescribed an antibiotic. She gave him a note to return to work in two days. Two days later after no change, I had him in the ER. He was correctly diagnosed with acute pharyngitis and possible mono. He was given IV fluids along with IV antibiotics and steroids. They sent him home with a prescription for the correct antibiotic and complete bed rest along with a note not to return to work until next Monday. While I understand that these walk-in clinics aren't quite the same as going to your doctor, they should be staffed by doctors who are capable of making a correct diagnosis. My family will NOT be visiting this clinic again.

  Get well? More like, Drop Dead, After a friends storey of recently relocating to Tennessee and seeking ongoing treatment, for a life saving medication, she was sure to take all current, necessary documentation, current perscriptions, doctors letters, therapist letters and all current phone numbers verifying her legitimate treatment program in Pittsburgh PA, she Sought treatment here in Tennessee for addiction, in an emergency situation and out off life saving medication, she was rejected because her Pittsburgh doctor they called was not available at the moment they called to confirm her treatment letter, they rejected helping her for treatment. She had been on 16 mg of subutex for many months and it's was a miracle help.for addiction, she wanted to get away from people places, and moved here to Tennessee ( mistake). I suggested maybe this clinic should change their name, from GET WELL, to DROP DEAD.

  I wasn't feeling well so I looked up the most convienient, best reviewed clinic. I called get well clinic and they said come on in no appt needed. It was professional, efficient and they respected my time. I didn't realize how affordable it would be so that was awesome. The NP, Southida was so amazing! She diagnosed me and I was feeling perfect A day or 2 later. I even went back a few weeks later to get my blood work done bc it was such a reasonable price. I will definitely be using get well clinic for any health needs outside of needing an emergency room!
