  Horrible doctor that DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH she put me on a VERY addictive medication for 5 years and then discharged me because of my religious beliefs. This place will kill you if you stay too long

  Although I really liked my psychiatrist, she was rarely available for appointments. The office also held very irregular hours which are hard to work around if you have other responsibilites. I had to occasionally call in for perscription refills in between visits and they were regularly out of the office. I even called one week to find that the entire office was out on vacation. How that works I have no clue, not to mention one of the secretaries had informed me I should call on that week in particular several weeks in advance if I needed a refill. On to the next main issue. There is a receptionist named Toni who is exceptionally rude. I have never had a good experience with her on the phone, and I am an easy individual to work with. I understand that customer service is tough because I have worked in it all my life. However, her attitude was never professional, and I often heard her in the office gossiping about other doctors while in the waiting room. I do believe that they care about your well-being to an extent, however I was made to feel as though I was just another dollar and another day.
