  I arrived at 12 with no one in the waiting room. Around 12:15, The male PN had to be prompted by the nurse to pick his head up off the desk and finish notes. Clearly he was no hurry to see sick people waiting miserably. Then after 30 minutes of waiting with No one before me. ....The nice nurse took me back (he was kind). But then, I was Kept waiting in the room while I was miserable while the leaving male NP just chatted it up in the hall with the in coming NP about their own personal stuff. I’m sick and miserable. Stop chatting in the hall right outside the door where I can clearly hear your personal conversation and take care of your patients! Finally, I opened the door forcefully to let them know I could clearly hear and eventually he left. In fact, it then became clear....he male PN was biding his time until his “shift” ended. He also has a cold unsympathetic affect. Oh and the patient that came in 10 min behind me....Had LUNG CANCER! Did not impact or motivate the male NP to actually see another patient at all! The new female NP was very kind and took good care of me. I can only imagine that She was not aware I had been waiting while the male PN a was just chatting her up so his shift would end. Terrible service by this guy. No I will never go back if I have the remote possibility of being seen by this male NP treated this way again. Yes, I would like the owner to contact me about my experience.
