- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There staff Jennifer and Nurse Practitioner Megan Childress are incompetent took me calling and going to office to get meds correct. I sent letter to Dr Jon Schnider and Dr Monica Settlewhite about the incompetent staff it's been a week and have not heard from anyone. They have now sent me letter dismissed me from practice. I know that I'm not the only person they would not be charging $25 if you leave more than 1 message. I did like Dr Settlewhite but disappointed that I did not hear from her after my letter. If you have choice go somewhere else. There incompetent staff is a BIG issue.June 26, 2017by Pamela South
