  Second time I've shopped here and sale price posted on item is not honored at the register. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on as there are plenty of other options for pet supplies in this town. Don't fall for the bait and switch and fake apologies at the register.

  I did the monthly payment option last summer for my dog. I finished paying off the remaining amount this year in April and express that I no longer want the service. After four months my card was charged for a renewal. When I called the office they could not find any of my information, yet my card was still charged. I was instructed to contact their customer service office to get a refund and officially cancel my account. Save your mine and go to an actual vet office
